Ingredients Required:

  • 100 kuttu ka aata
  • 1 serving spoon grated lauki { bottlegourd}
  • 2-3 boil potato
  • 50 gms curd
  • Coconut sprinkle ke liye
  • 3-4 fine chopped green chilli
  • Hara dhania chopped
  • Rock salt swad anusar
  • 1/2 tsp Black paper powder
  • Water as  required
  • Ghee uttapam sekane ke liye

 

Method :

1.Ek bowl me kuttu ka atta le usme  grated lauki ,curd, green chilli,black pepper powder, rock salt add karen

2.Usko achhe se fette jarurat ke hisab se pani bhi add kare batter na jyada patala ho aur na mota medium better rakhe

3.Ab ek nonstick tave pe uttapam felaye thoda halka sa pak jaye tab boil alu ko grate kar ke  uttapam pe rakhe uspe thoda sa black pepper rock salt chopped greed chilli, hara dhania or coconut grated uper sprinkle kare

4.Ek side se pak  jaye to ghee lagake dono side se achhe se paka lijiye niche ka base jyada hone de

5.Uttapam medium to slow gas pe hone de ready he ab aapka falhari uttapam usko falhari chutney ke saath serve kare

Falhari coconut chutney
Coconut + green chilli+ peanuts roasted + coriander +rock salt +lemon juice+ slightly curd
Ye sabko mixi jar me bharke
Pisle ekdam barik ab chutney ready ho jaye tab ghee jeere ka chouk lagade
Ready ho gayi chutney bhi ab serve kare garma garam falhatu uttapam with coconut
