RECIPE FOR SABUDANA KHICHDI

Ingredients Required:

200 gm sabudana soaked for 6 to 7hr
1potato finely chopped
50 gms fresh coriander chopped
50 gms peanuts roasted
1tsp sesame seeds
4 green chillies finely chopped
1tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
Sendha namak swad anusar
200 gm curd for serving

Method:

1.Sabse pehle soak kiye huwe sabudana ko ek kapade ke khula karde 1/2 hr ke liye taki khula khula bane extra pani soak ho jaye kapade pe
