SABUDANA PULAO

Ingredients Required:

  • Sabudana 1cup
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Green chilli chopped
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli pow to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1teaspn
  • Curry leaves 3-4
  • Oil as required

Method:

1.Finely chopped tomato.
2.Soak sabudana over night in equal quality of water
3.In morning heat pan and add oil.
4.Now add mustard seeds when it’s splutter then add chopped onion until they become golden now add green chilli and tomato when it’s become soft add all spices and mix well.
5.Now add sabudana and mix it cook for 3-4 min in last ad lemon juice and mix it.
6.Serve hot.
