Ingredients Required:

  • Suji one cup
  • Maida one spoon
  • Oil 4 spoons
  • Luke warm water 2 se 3 spoons


Method :


Sabko mix karke tight dough gundh le aur after 10 minutes k baad choti 2 pedi tode aur bel k geele kapde per rakhte jaye geele kapde se 10 minutes k liye dhak de fir oil mai fry kare daba k fulaye, mera aik bhi pichka hua nahi bana golgappa…


Stuffing :

  • Aalu Boiled chopped
  • Dahi
  • Meethi saunth
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Boondi(all ingedients for stuffing acc. to your taste)

Assembling:


Golgappe ko beech se fod le ab aalu ki feeling kare aur Salt, red chilli powder sprinkle ker de ab dahi, saunth fill kare aur boondi se garnish ker le.
