Ingredients  Required for Ragda:

  • 1 cup white peas
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Pinch of hing
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Ingredients Required for patties:

  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Salt
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

 

For Assembling Ragda Patties

  • 1 small size onion finely chopped
  • Green chutney
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Thin sev
  • Few coriander leaves finely chopped

 

Method for Ragda:
1.Soak white matar overnight and pressure cook for 5 whistles.

2.Now take a pan add oil then hing.Then add purée of onion when it changes it’s colour add tomato purée.

3.Then add salt and all masalas.Cook this mixture for 5 mins.

4.Now add boiled ragda and add little water and cook for 5 mins in low flame with close lid.Ragda ready.

Method for Patties:
Take all the above ingredients and make round Patties and make them on tawa.

Assembling:
Take patties then spreads Ragda then both the chutneys then onions and coriander leaves and finely sprinkle some thin sev and enjoy😋
