RECIPE FOR TOMATO TACO

Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Serve : 4

Ingredients Required:

  • 4 big Tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 bowl kidney beans, boiled and smashed
  • 1 tsp + 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 bowl Curd
  • 1 bowl Cheese, grated
  • 3 tsp butter

Method :

1. Take a pan, melt butter in it. Sauté onion for 2 minutes. Then put capsicum in it and sauté it also for 2 minutes.
2. Put the smashed kidney beans to the pan. Sauté everything for 5 minutes.
3. Then add salt , pepper and red chili powder to the beans mixture. Keep the pan aside.
4. Now take a tomato scoop out the seed in it.
5. Put the beans mixture in the tomato, then curd, sauce and cheese in the tomato.
