HAKKA NOODLES

Ingredients Required:

  • 150 gm hakka noodles
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 cup patta gobi (lambi kati huyi
  • 1/2 cup gajar (lambi kati huyi)
  • 1 Simla mirch (lambi kati huyi)
  • 1cup green onion (chopped)
  • 1 onion (lambi kati huyi)
  • 3 tsp soya sauce
  • 5 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water for boiling noodles
  • 1 ltr chilled water for wash noodles

Method
1. Ek pot me pani garam karne rakhe noodles ko boil karne ke liye


2.Tab tak sare veggies cut karle properly

3. Pani me ubal aa jaye tab noodles ko add karke pakane dijiye jab 10 min me boil ho jayega usko strain karle or sade pani se wash karle or wohi pot me wapis dalke noodles ko or noodles me chilled water me dubone rakhe aisa karne se  aapki noodle bahar jaisi banegi tutegi nahi


4.ab ek kadai garam karen aap jab bhi chinese banaye to aap lohe ki kadai use karo wo jyada achhi rehti hai


5.Ab usme ginger paste add kare or saute saath me onion slices add kare uske baad gajar or Simla mirch last me patta gobi add kare or 2 min saute


6. Ab veggies saute ho gayi he to usme sare sauces add kare vinegar ekdam last me add kare or salt bhi ab veggies ke saath sare sauces ko mix kare or noodles add karde or achhe se mix kare last me green onion leaves se garnish kare
