MANCHURIAN BALLS

Ingredients Required:

  • 1/2 katori corn flour
  • 1/2 katori maida
  • 1/2tsp garlic fine chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger fine chopped
  • 1/2 tsp green chillies fine chopped
  • 1 katori gajar fine chopped
  • 1 katori patta gobi fine chopped
  • 1/2 Simla mirch fine chopped
  • 1/2 katori spring onions chopped
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (Salt as per taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method of manchurian balls:

1.Patta gobi gajar or Simla mirch ko fine chopped karenge to usko nichod dijiye kyoki usme pani ho jata he to binding ke liye aapko corn flour or maida jyada add karna padega

2. Sare pani nichode huwe vegetable ko ek bowl me rakhe usme garlic, ginger, black paper,red chilly sauce,green chilly sauce,soya sauce,salt as per taste add kare or corn flour or meda add kare slightly red colour pani me add karke wo bhi add kare achhe se mix ho jaye to spring onion dalke mix kare dough patala nahi hona chahiye uske balls ban jaye wesa rakhe ya fir pakodi aasani se utar jaye wesa rakhe aap ko pasand ho wesa bana sakte he ya balls banaye ya pakodi utar ke mene pakodi utari he

3. Oil garam karne rakhe full gas pe jab oil garam ho jaye to pakodi ya balls fry kare yaad rakhe aapko half fry karna he bcoz dusari baar bhi fry karenge after 30 min ke baad esase manchurian pakodi crispy banati he

4. 30 min ke rest ke baad usko fir se fry kare ye jaldi fry ho jayega bcoz half fry pehle se hi tha dark brown colour ho jaye to nikale oil se or side pe rakh de
