Paneer chilly manchurian
(My innovation)

Ingredients Required:

For manchurian balls ingredients:

  • 1/2 katori corn flour
  • 1/2 katori maida
  • 1/2tsp garlic fine chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger fine chopped
  • 1/2 tsp green chilly fine chopped
  • 1 katori gajar fine chopped
  • 1 katori patta gobi fine chopped
  • 1/2 katori spring onion chopped
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilly sauce
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (Salt as per taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black paper

 

Method of manchurian balls

1.patta gobi gajar or Simla mirch ko fine chopped karenge to usko nichod dijiye kyoki usme pani ho jata he to binding ke liye aapko corn flour or meda jyada add karna padega

2. Sare pani nichode huwe vegetable ko ek bowl me rakhe usme garlic, ginger, black paper,red chilly sauce,green chilly sauce,soya sauce,salt as per taste add kare or corn flour or meda add kare slightly red colour pani me add karke wo bhi add kare achhe se mix ho jaye to spring onion dalke mix kare dough patala nahi hona chahiye uske balls ban jaye wesa rakhe ya fir pakodi aasani se utar jaye wesa rakhe aap ko pasand ho wesa bana sakte he ya balls banaye ya pakodi utar ke mene pakodi utari he

3. Oil garam karne rakhe full gas pe jab oil garam ho jaye to pakodi ya balls fry kare yaad rakhe aapko half fry karna he bcoz dusari baar bhi fry karenge after 30 min ke baad esase manchurian pakodi crispy banati he

4. 30 min ke rest ke baad usko fir se fry kare ye jaldi fry ho jayega bcoz half fry pehle se hi tha dark brown colour ho jaye to nikale oil se or side pe rakh de

For paneer ingredients

  • 250 gm paneer amul paneer
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic fine chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger fine chopped
  • 1/3 teaspoon green chilli
  • 1 /2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 3 tsp corn flour
  • salt as per taste
  • Pinch of Red colour
  • 1/2 tsp water for spread red colour
  • Oil for frying

 

Method paneer coating n frying

1. Paneer ko square me ya lambe pcs me 1/2 inch jitana mota kate patali slice me na kate

2. Kate huwe paneer me ek bowl me dale uspe garlic ginger red colour pani me add karke dale green chilly black paper powder or salt swad anusar dalke toss kare paneer ko or 3 tsp corn flour sprinkle kare uper se sare paneer ko saath me toss karte rahe taki corn flour se pure paneer coat ho jaye

3.ab oil garam karne rakhe full gas pe oil garam ho jaye to paneer ke pieces dal dijiye or crispy hone tak deep fry kare

 

4.fry kiye huwe paneer ko ek side pe rakh dijiye

Ingredients for paneer chilli manchurian

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic fine chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger fine chopped
  • 1teaspoon green chilli
  • 1 katori lambi kati huyi patta gobi
  • 1 katori square kate huwe Simla mirch
  • 1 katori pyas patia kholi huyi
  • 1/2 katori fine chopped mix veg (patta gobi,gajar,Simla mirch)
  • 1/2 katori hari pyas kati huyi
  • 1tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 gajar ko slice me kate huwe
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Pinch of ajinomoto[chinese salt]
  • 1 tsp corn flour ko 3 tsp pani me mix kare alag rakhe
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch of Red colour
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 2tsp hari pyas for garnishing

 

Method of paneer chilly manchurian

Notes aap dusare gas pe sizzler plate garam karne rakh de or uske saath saath paneer chilly banana start kare sizzler plate me lagane ke liye patta gobi ke 3 se 4 patte rakhe jab plate puri hot ho jaye tab taki achhe se sizzling hogi

1. Ek lohe ki badi kadai me 2 tsp oil garam kare

2. Garlic ginger or green chilly add kare

3. Ab usme fine chopped veg add kare or saute

4. Square kati huyi pyas Simla mirch gajar or patta gobi bari bari se add karte jaye or achhe se saute

5.ab usme soya sauce ,red chilly sauce,green chilly sauce add karke mix kare or 1/2 glass pani add kare saath me aji no moto bhi mix kare

6.ek katori me 1 tsp corn flour ko pani me mix karke rakhe

7.Jab pani kholane lag jaye to usme fry kiye huwe manchurian balls or paneer add kare or swad anusar salt bhi add kare salt kam hi padega yaad rakhe

8.ab manchurian kadai me corn flour wala pani add kare or achhe se chalate rahe wo thick ho jayega jab pani sukh jaye sara to gas off kar dijiye uper se kati huyi spring onion se garnish kare
