PANEER MANCHURIAN DRY

Ingredients Required:

  • 2 tablespoons Maida
  • 4 tablespoons cornflour
  • 250 gm paneer
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 spoon Green chilli chopped
  • Oil
  • 1 teaspnn Ginger paste
  • 1 spoon garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 spoon Chilli sauce

Method:

1.Cut paneer into pieces
2.Mix refined flour, cornflour,Salt,Ginger,garlic paste with 1/4 cup of water in a bowl and make thick batter
3.Add paneer cubes in a prepare batter and mix and let them marinate for 20 min
4.Heat oil in pan and deep fry paneer pieces on medium flame until they turned golden brown then transfer them absorbing paper.
5.Heat 2 tablespoon oil in pan and add garlic ginger paste and saute for 1 mins.
6.Now add onion, cabbage, capsicum and saute for 3-4 mins.
7.Now add soya sauce,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce and salt and mix well.
8. Now add fried paneer pieces and spring onions and mix well And cook for 2 mins on high flame.
9.Paneer manchurian dry is ready for serve.
