ITALIAN PANNACOTA WITH DESI TWIST

Preparation Time : 7-8 hours

Ingredients  Required:

Mango puree 1/2cup
Lemon juice 1tspn
Sugar 2tspn
Salt 1pinch
Deseeded watermelon 1/2cup
Milk 1/2cup
Overnight soaked sago 1tbspn
Pomegranate kernels 1 tbspn
Kesar 3-4strands

Method :

1.First make puree of watermelon and pour in serving glass. Keep glass tilted. So that we can have slanted red layer .

2.This S the base layer. Freeze it for 4 hours.

3.Now take milk in a pan & boil it. Add sago & sugar in it.

4.Keep stirring till milk thickens and sago becomes transparent.

5.Now keep aside to cool.

6.After cooling pour it on firm base layer of watermelon. Again freeze for 2 hours.

7.Now take a pan and add mango puree .Keep stirring on low flame.

8.Add salt, sugar and lemon juice in puree.

9.Wen puree leaves the pan switch off the flame.

10.Let it cool completely.

11.Now this the top layer of pannacota.

12. Pour it on sago layer and garnish with pomegranate kernels & Kesar strands.

13. Chill it again for an hour.

14. Serve chilled.
