This is very healthy smoothie…… best treatment for stomach disease. Prevent from Summer heat
Super duper healthy.

Ingredients required:

  • Bel ka pulp – 1 cup
  • Hung Curd – 1 cup
  • Bura or sugar powder – as per taste
  • Chopped dry fruits
  • Rose essence
  • Mint leave,rose petals, and Chopped pista for garnish

Method:

1. Bel ke pulp me water mix Kare and hand se mash Kare.
2. Than strain the pulp.
3. Mix sugar powder rose essence, and curd in it.
4. Blend it.
5. Pour smoothie in the glass……
6 .Place some Chopped dry fruits
7. Decorate with cherry ,Chopped pista rose petals, and mint leaves.
8. Fridge me chilled karke serve Kare.
