BESAN DHOKLI KI SABZI

Ingredients Required:

  • 150 gms besan
  • 2 tsp gehu ka aata
  • 3 tsp moyan for dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste

For chounk(tadka)

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon rai/sarso
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 100 gms curd
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 glasses of Water (as your requirement)

Method:
1. Besan ke aate me 2 tsp gehu ka aata milaye usme ajwain ,lal mirch powder, haldi powder, 3tsp oil or swad anusar namak milake jarurat ke hisab se pani add karke tight dough lagaye.

2. Dough ki choti choti golia banaye marble jaisi usko ungli ki help se press karte huwe coin ka shape de dijiye.

3. Gas on karke cooker ko garam kare or usme 2 tsp oil add kare sarso or pinch hing add kare or dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder or haldi add karke turant hi 2 glass pani add kare or pani ko ubalane de.

4. Pani me ubal aajaye tab bani huyi dhokli ko add kare or saath me swad anusar namak bhi add kare mix karke cooker ki lid bandh karke 2 whistle aane ke baad gas off karde.

5. Dhokli boil ho gayi hogi check karle or usme 100 gms curd milake dhakkan lagake slow gas pe 5-7min pakane de

6. Last me aap hara dhaniya add kare or serve karke
