GUJARATI PATRA “0” OIL

Ingredients Required:

  • 9 se 10 arbi ke patte
  • 200 gm chane ki daal
  • 2 tsp besan (gram flour)
  • 2 tsp chawal ka aata
  • 1 tea spoon ajwain
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp gud
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 6 to 7 green chilli
  • 6 -7 garlic
  • 2 tsp safed til
  • Salt as per taste

 

Method:

1.Pehle chane ki daal ko 3hr  ke liye normal pani me bhagode

2.Ab daal me se extra pani nikale or ginger garlic or green chilli ko add karke smooth paste banale


Paste ban jaye to usme gud or sugar or swad anusar salt lemon add kare or achhe se mix kare

3.Ab besan or rice flour or baki ke sare masale add karde smooth paste me paste ko jyada thick ya patala nahi rakhana he jyada thick hoga to achhe se boil nahi hoga or jyada patala hoga to sara spread ho jayega

4.Ab arbi ke patto ko saaf pani se dhoke or uske piche wali moti skin knief se nikale

5.Ab arbi ke patto pe bana huwa paste lagaye achhe se total ek ke uper aise karke 3 patte lagate jaye bari bari se ek ke uper ek

6.Ab usko ek side se sidha mod le or uspe bhi paste spread kare wese dusari side se bhi karle

7.Ab ekdam straight ban jaye to usko gol karen tightly jisse khule nahi ab ek roll ban gaya usko side pe rakhe or wese hi baki 2 rolls banale

8.Ab steamer ko full gas pe rakhale pani add karke or teeno mobile kiye huwe roll ko steam kare 15 min tak full gas pe

9.Ab usko nikale or room tempreture pe cool down hone de yaad rakhe aap bahot jaldi usko cut karne jaoge to pieces nahi padenge barabar se esi liye aap usko 2 se 3 hr tak apne aaphi thanda hone de

10.Ab thanda ho gaya ho to usko cut kare pieces me slice cut kare

Aap chaho to aise bhi plain bhi kha sakte ho deep fry karke bhi kha sakte ho or tadka lagake bhi serve kar sakte he
