RECIPE FOR LEFT OVER DHOKLA CURRY

 

Preparation Time :10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serve : 4

Ingredients Required:

  • Dhokla 1cup
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Green chilli 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Blackpepper 5
  • Clove 4
  • Jeera 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Paprika powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1tbs
  • Fresh cream/malai 1tbs
  • Oil 2tbs
  • Kasuri methi 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

1.Cut dhokla pieces into small pieces.
2.Blend tomatoes, onion,garlic,green chilli all together.
3.Heat oil in a pan.add whole masalas.cook for a minute .
4.Add tomato onion paste and cook till it start leaving oil.
5.Add dhokla pieces and water as required.
6.Cook on low flame.
7.Add fresh cream and cook for a minute.
8.Pour it in a serving bowl and serve with roti or rice.
