Ingredients for garlic bread dough:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tsp oil
Take a bowl add milk yeast and sugar.Rest for 5 minutes to activate yeast.
Now add remaining ingredients except oil and make dough.
Knead it well and add oil.
Cover with muslin cloth and rest for 2 hours it will be doubled in size.
- 1/4 cup clarified butter
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 3 tbsp garlic chopped
Ingredients for filling
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
Mix all the ingredients of garlic butter and it’s ready.
Roll the dough round with your palm.Spread garlic butter on half of it.
Now spread mozzarella cheese.
Then half of oregano and chilli flakes
Close the bread .
Spread remaining garlic butter,oregano and chilli flakes.
Make a cut but not completely.
Bake at Preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins or till crispy brown.
Cut into pieces and serve with mayonnaise.
