Ingredients Required:
For khandvi style Lasagna sheet…..

  • Multigrain Atta -1Tbs
  • salt
  • Curd.-2Tbs
  • Water  As required

Spreads..
Pizza sauce … 1-2Tbs
Pesto sauce.. 1-2Tbs
Paneer.. 150gm.
Mozzarella cheese.. 100gm.

For pesto sauce..
Garlic clove.. 10
Basil leaves.. 20- 30
pistachios.. 1Tbs
Blackpeper.. 1tsp
Salt.. 1tsp
Parmesan cheese.. 1Tbs
Grind all nd add parmesan cheese.

For stuffing…
Meggi …1pack
Red bellpepper.. 1chopped
Green bellpepper.. 1chopped
Tomatoe.. 1chopped
Salt.. 1tsp

Method...

For lasagne..
Add atta, curd, salt make a thick batter.
Cook it till thick dough nd make sure that the dough should be stir well to avoid lumpiness.
Spread on the back of a greesed thali.
Cut into 5″pieces.

For stuffing….
Take a wok, heat oil.
Add garlic and chopped onion fry till golden brown, add bellpeppers salt nd meggi masala nd meggi. Keep aside.

For lasagne..
Spread pesto sauce on khandvi sheet.
Spread maggi, grate paneer  and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle chopped fresh oregano and pizza seasoning.
Put another sheet spread pizza sauce.
Spread maggi, paneer, mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning and chopped oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven 170 degree Celsius for 15 min.
Put lasagna in a greased baking dish and bake.
Serve hot.

Tips… If u want to back in a cooker.
Put salt in a cooker…
Put ur lasagne in a graesed bowl/ thali bake for 10 min. Without whistle or gasket.
You can shape ur lasagna like a roll shown in pic
