- 1 chopped onion
- 1 choppped capsicum
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp oregano
- grated cheese as required
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup aata
- salt little
- 1 tsp oil
- water to knead
You can also use left over chapati dough
1.Mix all the veggies with mayo salt,chilli flakes,oregano and keep aside.
3.Roll like chapatis
4.Take one chapati and add 1/2 the veggie mixture spreading evenly with a spoon leaving the edge add grated cheese as per taste.
5.Cover it with another chapati making sure to seal the edges properly,else the mixture might come out.
6.Now using a fork seal the edges nicely.
7.Grease a non stick pan with little butter keeping the flame to low.Now put the paratha on the pan,let one side cook properly.
8.Flip the other side.
9.Now add the remaining veg mixture on top of the paratha and add grated cheese keeping the flame low.
10.Let the cheese melt completely,serve hot with sauce.
