In this recipe desi twist is I have not used yeast for its outer layer , and for stuffing I have used desi combination of spinach ,green peas and paneer .

Preparation Time: 30 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serve: 4

Ingredients Required:
For Stuffing
Spinach 1 small bowl
Green peas 1 small bowl
Paneer 1 small bowl
Onion 1
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 spoon
Chat masala , Salt , Chilli flakes
Olive oil 1spoon
Cheese 1 small bowl
Oil for deep frying
Pizza sauce
For Outer Cover
Maida 1 cup
Salt and baking powder a pinch
Method:
1. Heat Olive oil in pan
2. Add onion saute for a while then add Ginger garlic paste .
3. Then add Green peas, Salt, Chat masala
4. Cut spinach in strips and add into pan
5. Last add grated paneer and Chilli flakes and switch off the gas
6. For outer cover mix maida salt baking powder and few drops of oil , add water and make dough keep it aside for 15 mins
7. Now take small ball from dough and roll round chapati in half part apply pizza sauce , grated cheese , stuffing and another layer of cheese
8. Close this with another side and deep fry
