Ingredients Required:

  • 400g Rigatoni pasta
  • 500 g mutton mince (kheema) vegetarians can used crumbled paneer
  • 1 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 3 medium size onions, chopped
  • 1 tbs garlic paste
  • 2 tbs red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbs basil flakes
  • 1 tbs parsley leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbs Cooking oil
  • 1 tbs olive oil for Garnish.
  • 3 tbs spinach chopped and wash for Garnish.
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese( opitnal)for topping
  • Water for boiling pasta

In a big pot add 4 to 6 Glass water.
When Water starts boiling add pasta.
Add 2 tbs salt and 1 tsp oil
Boil till pasta come out soft.
After that  drain water,and keep aside.
2 step-
Wash and clean mince.
Drained all water.heat oil in a pan,
&add cumin seeds,and chopped onions.
Sauté till onions soft ,add garlic paste.
Sauté 2 minutes after that  add mince.
Add all spices ,mix well.
Cover and cook on slow flame.
After 5 to 7 minutes add pasta sauce and tomato paste ,mix well .
Cook 2 minutes more.
After turn off the flame.
Cool down 5 minutes.

3. Step-
Preheat the oven 350 f.
Take Spring form pan grease it  with oil.
Arrange pasta in standing position.

Pour mince mixure on top of the pasta.
Push the mince mixure into the pasta holes filling each one up.
Stuffing the mince into the holes.
Place in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
After that sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake another 10 minutes, until cheese is golden.
Remove from the oven.
Let cool 15 minutes.
4 step-
Run a knife around the edges to loosen.
Remove sides of spring form pan
Transfer baked pasta cake to serving plate.
Now heat 1 tbs oil ,add chopped spinach saute 2 minutes.
After pour on top of the cake .
Sprinkle some drops olive oil.
Serve and enjoy.
