RECIPE FOR RAW MANGO SPINACH PESTO PASTA

Ingredients Required

For the pesto sauce:-
  • 1/2 cup raw mango chopped
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • 7-8 Garlic pods
  • as per taste Salt
  • As needed Fresh Spinach leaves
  • to taste Crushed pepper
    For pesto pasta:-
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 bowl Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • as per taste Salt
  • for seasoning Chilli flakes and oregano

Method

  1.  In a pan full of water Add salt pasta and oil.Let it boil for 10 minutes.
  2.  In a bowl add fresh spinach leaves, chopped raw mango, Garlic pods and oil mix it all well
  3.  In a grinder,blend the mixed ingredients to run into smooth fine paste and add some water.
  4.  Transfer into another bowl
  5.  In a pan add some oil,onion and spinach
  6.  Add boiled pasta, pesto sauce oregano,Black pepper and chilli flakes.
  7.  Add some cheese and pesto pasta ready to be served.
