Ingredients Required:

  • 50 gm sabut dhaniya
  • 1 spoon channa daal
  • 1 spoon urad daal
  • 3 sabut Lal mirch
  • 1 tea spoon masturd seeds
  • 1/2 tea spn haldi
  • 1 tea spn zeera sabut
  • 15 fresh curry leaves
  • 8 long (clove)
  • 4 Kali mirch
  • 1/2 tea spn meethi dana
    Method:
    1.Dry roast all the ingredients in low flame for 7 mins let it cool and grind it
    2.Store in air tight container and use whenever required.
