EGG FRIED RICE

Ingredients Required:-

  • 500 gms rice  (basmati)
  • 250 gms cabbage  (finely chopped)
  • 2 carrots  (finely chopped)
  • Ginger,garlic paste
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1 tsp ajino motto

Method:-

1. Boil water fir usme thoda sa oil,nimbu ka rass aur salt daale jab pani boil ho jaye to usme rice daale aur boil hone de.

2. Rice jab 80% pak jaye to pani strain kr de.

3. Ab pan me oil daale aur ginger,garlic paste daale fry kre, fir usme cabbage,carrot,soya sauce and vinegar dale ache se high flame me fry kare green chillies daale thoda sa salt daale and fir rice daalke fry kre ajino motto daale or ache se mix kre

4. Ab eggs ka omlette banaye aur chotte pieces me cut kre aur rice me mix kre.

5. Fried rice is ready enjoy with schezwan chutney and raita.
