RECIPE FOR HARI MIRCH KA ACHAR

Ingredients Required

  • 250 gms hari mirchi
  • 4tsp rai kuriya sarso
  • 1 tsp saunf
  •  pinch hing
  • 1/2 small tsp haldi
  • 2 tsp salt swad anusar
  • 2 se 3 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sarso oil

Method:

1.Sarso oil ko thoda garam karke thanda kare

2.Sauf or rai kuriya ko bhi sek ke thanda kare

3.Thanda hone pe usko mix jar me dardara sa pisle

4.Mixture me hing swad anusar namak haldi powder mix kare

5.Sarso ke oil ko thanda karke usi mixture add kare or achhe se miladijiye.

6.Mirchi ko bich se cut karke ready kiya hua masala bharle

7.Or masala bache wo bhi dal dijiye uper se lemon juice add karke jar me bhar ke din me 2 baar jar ko hilate rahe taki sari mirch me ek sarikha masala lapet jaye

8.3 se 4 din me khatti tikhi mirch ka achar ready ho jayega aap usko 20 se 25 din tak bahar rakh sakte he or baad me fridge me ye achar bilkul market jaisa hi lagta he try jarur kare thank you @flora bhavsar@
