HOT CHILLI PICKLE

Ingredients Required:

  • 1.5kg chillies deseeded
  • 150gm pili rai seeds(yellow mustard seeds)
  • 150gm meethi seeds(fenugreek seeds)
  • 150gm corriander seeds(dhaniya)
  • 100gm saunf(fennel seeds)
  • Namak 3tsp
  • Amchur  powder 50gm
  • 10gm kali mirch(pepper) crushed
  • 3-4 elaichi
  • 7-8 laung crushed

1.Sauted all masalas (except laung elaichi and hing)in a pan for 3-4mins on low flame and grind coarsely

2.Add 1/4 tsp hing and crushed elaichi and laung then added all sauted masala ….let it cool on room temperature

3.Then fill in all masala in deseeds chillies and keep under sun for 3-4days.

4.On 4th day u will see all chillies will change its colour  Then heat mustard oil 250gms (sarso ka tel) ,let it cool on room temperature add this oil to chilli pickle till it covers the chillies
