BHINDI COCONUT CURRY

Ingredients Required:

  • 250 gms bhindi
  • 2 onions
  • 7,8 garlic
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut grated
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp rai
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriender powder
  • 1 tsp garam Masala
  • 2,3 red whole chilli
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grind all masalas except whole chilli and rai.

2. Take a pan add 1 spoon oil and fry bhindi.

3. In a other pan take 2 spoons of oil and put jeera,rai,onions fry them.

4. Then put the grinded masala and fry it till the oil separates.

5. Then put a small glass of water and let it boil you can adjust the curry according to your choice. add salt as well.

6.Lastly when it is done take little oil in a big spoon and put some rai,curry leaves and whole red chilli and give tadka to the curry.

Curry is ready

Best goes with jeera rice.
