RECIPE FOR  BISCUIT SHAHI TUKDA

Ingredients Required:

#For Shahi tukda

  • Parle g 1pack
  • Pistachios 2tbs
  • Milk 50ml
  • Green food colour 1pinch
  • Pistachio essance 2 drops
  • Sugar 2tbs

#For rabdi

  • Milk 1/2litre
  • Sugar 2tbs
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2tsp
Method:
#For rabdi
1.Boil milk till it becomes thick.
2.Switch Off the flame.
3.Add sugar and cardamom powder.
4.Let it cool down.

#For Shahi tukda
1.Grind biscuit pistachios .
2.Add pistachio essence, sugar and milk all together. Make a dough like atta.
3.Put it on a greased plastic sheet and roll it,shape it like a bread slice.
4.Grill this bread slice till light brown,after 1minute cut it into for triangles.


5.After cooling down it will be crispy.
6.Put chilled rabdi on top.
7.Garnish it with sliced almonds and sliced pistachios.
