RECIPE FOR HEALTHY ENERGETIC NUTS LADOO

Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time :20 minutes
Serve : approximately 20 to 25 ladoos

Ingredients required :

500 grms seedless dates ( khajoor )
100 grms roasted Kaju
100 grms roasted badam
50 grms roasted charmagaj ( kharbooje ke beez )
50 grms roasted poppy seed ( khaskhas )
2 spoons butter

Method :

1. Kaju aur badam Ko mixer Mai dardara grind kar le.

2. Pan Ko garam kare aur 2 spoons butter dale fir low flame kar le fir khajoor Ko dal kar 4 se 5 minutes tak chalaye.khajoor melt ho jayega.

3. Khajoor Ko thanda kar le fir mixer me grind kare.

4. Roasted Kaju , badam, magaj aur poppy seeds Ko khajoor mai mix kar le.

5. Haatho mai thoda sa ghee Laga kar lemon ke size ke laddoo Bana le.20 – 25 laddoo ban kar taiyar ho jayege.

6. Healthy Enargic nuts laddoo ban kar reddy hai. winter mai jaroor banaye.

Tips :

Apani pasand ke dryfruits use kar sakate hai.
