RECIPE FOR MOONG DAAL KACHORI
Preparation Time :- 30 mins
Cooking Time :30 mins.
- 100 grams moong daal
- 1tbsp Chilli garlic paste
- 3 bowls Wheat flour
- As required Oil for( frying and tadka)
- Salt,Turmeric powder, chilli powder as per taste.
1.Soak moong daal for 15 mins.
2.Now pressure cook the daal in cooker.Allow it to cool
3.Add oil in a kadhai then put tadka of cumin seeds and red chilli ,add chilli garlic paste then add moong daal.Now add salt,turmeric and chilli powder(as per taste) and mix well.Your stuffing is ready.
1.Take Wheat flour in a bowl add 3 tbsp oil and salt and make a dough by adding water.
2.Take a lemon size dough ,roll like small chapati put stuffing at the center and seal it well.
3.Heat oil in a pan add kachoris and deep fry until golden brown.
4.Now serve with tomato ketchup or any dips of your choice.you can alternatively serve with curd as well.
