Ingredients required:

  • 2 cup basmati rice
  • 1 potato chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic chilli paste
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 tsp ghee/oil
  • 1 tsp biryani masala powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp salt as per taste
  • 2 tej patta
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • Pinch hing
  • 2 tsp dry red chilli
  • 1 small pcs dalchini
  • 2 tsp fresh coriander
  • Water as requirement

Method:
1. Rice ko soak kare 10 mins

2. Sare veg cut karde.

3. Ek cooker garam kare usme ghee garam kare usme jeera hing add kare dal chini tej patta sukhi mirch garlic chilly paste saute achhe se

4. Ab alu add kare saute or mutter pyas or tomato add kare saute achhe se

5. Sare spices add karde

6. Ab soak rice add kare or masalon ke saath mix kare

7.Requirement ke hisab se pani add kare or salt bhi uper se hara dhaniya add kare or mix karde ek baar cooker ki lid dhakde 3 whistle aane de gas off karde

8. Ready he masala rice serve with papad & raita (curd)
