In our country,Biryani is all time favourite main course on any special occasions. Today,I am presenting my innovation in Videshi mein Desi tadaka by preparing Biryani in Italian style.

I have used Mixed Veggies,Italian seasonings for flavour and made cheesy white sauce. Prepared Rice and then given layerings and lastly baked for few minutes.
It has come out Awesomely Delicious.Try out this rcp,I m sure u r gonna love it.

Preperation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
Serve : 4

* Ingredients Required
– Long grain Basmati Rice 2 Cups
– Multipurpose Flour/Maida 1 tblspn
-Grated Mozarella Cheese 2-3 tblspn
-Olive Oil/Butter 2 tblspn
-Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
– Chilly Flakes 1 tsp
– Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
-Salt to taste
– Finely chopped tomatoes 1 cup
-Finely chopped onion 1 cup
-Finely chopped carrot 1 cup
-Green Peas 1 cup
-Corn kernels 1 cup
– Crushed Garlic 2 to 3 tsp
-Fried Cashew nuts 8 to 10 for garnishing
-Few Mint leaves

1. Wash Basmati rice and soak in 4 cups of water for about 10 minutes

2. Add 2 tsp of Olive oil and pinch of salt in rice and cook par boiled (little Kaccha)

3. #Rcp_White_Sauce
– Heat 1 tblspn olive oil in a pan and roast Maida for 2 to 3 minutes
– Add 1 glass milk, 2 tsp crushed garlic,black pepper,mixed herbs and mix well
-Cook on low flame and stir consistently to avoid lump
-After sometime it will start boiling then add 1 tblspn of Grated Cheese and adjust salt too .
-Switch off heat…White sauce is ready.

4. Heat oil in a pan and add 1 tsp of crushed garlic and all finely chopped veggies one by one and sauté till little tender .
– Add crushed black pepper,chilly flakes,mixed herbs and salt to taste and mix well.Keep it aside.

5. Take a microwave safe container and spread par boiled cooked rice about 1 inch in height
6. Now spread a layer of cooked veggies

7. Now spread a layer of white sauce

8. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times and lastly cover it with white sauce and grated cheese .

9. Sprinkle some chilly flake and Mixed herbs on top and lastly garnish with some fried Cashew

10. Cover the container and Microwave it for 10 minutes on high temperature.

11. Garnish with some mint leaves and serve hot Cheesilicious Delicious Italian Biryani. Enjoy with family and friends
