RECIPE FOR MEXICAN RICE
Mexican Rice,my style
Delicious and yummiest
Preparation Time plus Cooking Time: 45 minutes
- 3 cups rice
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup boiled green peas
- 1/2 cup corn seeds
- 3 medium onions chopped
- 3 medium size tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbs grated garlic
- 1 tbs tomato ketchup
- 1tsp soya sauce
- 1 tbs red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbs coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 tbs oil
1.Heat a big pot add,3 to 4 glass of water.
2.Add 2 tbs salt ,when water start boiling ,add Rice.
3.Boil until rice Cooked 95 %.
4.After drained water and keep aside.
5.Heat oil and butter in a pot.
6.Add chopped onions , sauté few seconds.
7.Add grated garlic ,after add tomatoes.
8.Sauté 1 minute, add veggies.
9.Add all spices and sauce.
10.Mix all and keep stirring until all water absorb.
11.After add rice, mix easily.
12.Cook on high flame 2 minutes.
13.After turn off the flame.
14.Garnish with coriander leaves and grated carrots.
15.Serve and enjoy.
