PANEER CHILLI AND VEG FRIED RICE

Ingredients Required:

  • Paneer : 200 gms (cut into 1 inch squares)
  • Onion : 1 (cut into big cubes)
  • Capsicum :1 cut into big cubes
  • Spring onion :1/4 cup
  • Ginger n Garlic (finely chopped): 1 spoon each
  • Green chillies: 2-3 (vertically sliced )
  • Red chili :1 ( soaked in water for some time) then thinly sliced
  • Cornflour: 2 big spoons
  • Black pepper: 4 crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce and green chillies sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Oil

Method :
1. Make paste of cornflour ,water little salt n crushed black pepper
2. Dip paneer pieces into this and deep fry them till golden brown colour. Keep aside
3. In pan add oil , ginger garlic , green chillies, onion and capsicum n red chilli
4. Add ketchup, soya sauce, green chillies sause black pepper powder sugar n salt
5. Add 1 cup water
6. Make cornflour n water paste ( n add to above pan )
7. Mixture will start thickening , then add spring onion and paneer cubes cook for a min and serve hot

Veg fried rice
Preparation Time:15-20 mins
Cooking Time:20 -25 mins
Serve:4

Ingredients Required
  • Rice 2 cups ( cook till 3/4th n keep for cooling)
  • Cabbage, beans, carrot, capsicum, spring onion , onion – all thinly
  • chopped-1 1/2cup
  • Ginger and Garlic finely chopped 1 spoon each
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • Oil 2 spoons

    Method:
    1.In pan take oil, add Ginger and Garlic saute for while
    2.Then add onion and all vegetables except spring onion
    3.Add soya sauce, salt and pepper cook it on high flame stir in between
    4.Add spring onion and rice mix it well
    5.Fried rice is ready .
