ALOO PARATHAS

Serve : 4

Ingredients Required:-

  • 5 big potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tsp amchoor
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 piece ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Coriander green
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Method:-

1. Boil potatoes peel them and grate

2. Add finely chopped onions,green chillies,coriander,ginger.

3. Now put all the chopped items in the potatoes with jeera,kasuri methi,garam masala,ajwain,red chilli powder and salt mix properly. Stuffing is ready.

4. Now take wheat flour dough stuff this material in it and make crispy parathas with the help of oil.

5. Best goes with curd and green Chutney.
