Today I am presenting healthy breakfast recipe:-
RECIPE FOR LACHHA PAALAK PARATHA IN MULTIGRAIN ATTA
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- Multigrain atta – 250 gms
- Paalak paste – 200 gms
- Ginger, Garlic & green chilli past – 1tb sp
- Hing – A pinch
- Ajwain – 1/4 tea spoon
- Cumin seed powder – 1/4 tea spoon
- Chaat masala -1/4 tea spoon
- Cumin seed -1/4 tea spoon
- Oil or butter – 3 tbSp
- Salt as per ur taste.
1.Take multigrain atta , paalak paste, ginger, garlic, green chilly paste, salt , cumin seed , cumin powder, chaat masala, hing, ajwain in bowl . Make smooth dough with the help of water . Dough should be soft like chapati dough.
2.Cover it and rest it for 10 min.
3.Divide dough in equal part. Roll out the dough ball in circular shape.
4.Now spred oil and flour over it. cut it long strip shown in photo.
Take strip one by one then stretch them make ball.
5.Roll the paratha.
6.Put paratha on hot tawa. Cook both side and spread oil both side.
7.Serve it hot with green chutney, tomato sauce and curd.
