RECIPE FOR SATTU KE PARATHE

Ingredients Required:

For Sattu stuffing:-

  • 1 cup Chana (roasted gram flour)sattu
  • 1 tbsp mango pickle masala
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1-2 Chopped green chillies
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 -5 spoons water
  • 1 tsp Mustard oil

    For Outer Covering Dough:

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Water(to prepare soft dough)

 

Method: For  sattu stuffing:-

  1. In 1 bowl add chana sattu coriander leaves,Salt,mango pickle masala,mustard oil,green chillies and ajwain mix all the ingredients
  2. Pour water and mix well
     For dough
  3. In big bowl add flour, salt and oil mix well
  4.  Gradually add water and knead to prepare soft dough
  5.  Place the pan on gas to heat
  6.  Roll out paratha
  7. Place 2-3 tsp stuffing on the paratha wrap it up from all the sides and seal it well.
  8. Hence closing it.Press the paratha and now coat the stuffed ball in dry flour
  9.  Roll a thin paratha.Now place the paratha on heated pan
  10.  Cooked from both sides
