Aloo Chaap ko yaha meri city may ise aloo gunda bola jaata hai 

Ye aloo ke teekhe aur chatpatey masale ko besan ke batter may dip karke deep fry karne se banta hai

Mumbai ka famous street food Vada Pav may bhi yehi use kiya jaata hai bas thode extra ingredients ke saath

Here goes the recipe 

Preparation Time plus Cooking Time:15-20 mins
Serve:4-5

Ingredients Required:

For Aloo masala/ stuffing 

  • 5-6 boiled potatoes
  • 1- finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp- ginger & garlic paste
  • 2- green chilies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Besan ka batter/ ghol

  • 2 cup- Besan
  • 2- pinch soda
  • Salt to taste

Other Ingredients 

Oil for deep frying

Method :

Ab boil kiya hua aloo mix kare namak milaye aur ache se mix karke do char mins seke aur utar kar thanda kar le barik kata hara dhaniya mix karke iske gole bana le

Besan may soda aur namak dale upar se thoda garam oil mix kare aur pani milakar thick batter bana le


Ab besan ke ghol may aloo ki tiki ko ache se lapet kar deep fry kar le

Aloo chaap ready hai

Garma garam serve kare Imli ki khatti meethi chutney, lal mirch ki garlic chutney aur green chutney ke sath

Ya vada pav bana le 😀😀😀
