Baked potato with Spinich cream sauce with Indian tadka

Ingredients Required:

Boil potato 4

Carrot 1 chopped
Capsicum1 /2chopped
Onion 1/2 chopped
Cabbage 4 to 5 spoon
Peas 1/2bowl boil
Sambhar masala 1/2
Garam masala 1/4
Chat masala 1/4
Black salt 1/4
Black pepper powder 1/4
Red chili powder 1/4
Salt (According to taste )
For Spinich cream sauce
Butter 4 spoon
Spinich puree 1/2small bowl 1cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Cheese
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper powder

Method

1.Sauce bnane k liye ik pan le usme butter Dale

2.Then cream add krein 2 min cook krein

3.Spinach puree add karein 2 min or cook karein

4.Then salt n black pepper powder n garlic powder n cream cheese dalker 2 min or cook krein n gas off ker de

9.Then chopped onion add krein

10.Pink hone tak cook krein

11.Then other vegetables add krein

12.Then sabhi masale apne taste k according add krein

13.Vegetables ko soft hone tak cook krein

14.Phir bake potato m vegetables ki stuffing krein n 2 min k liye grill krein
