Shaam ki Choti Choti bhuk ke liye
Very easy and quick recpie……

Preparation Time – 2 min.
Cooking Time – 2 min.
Serve : 4 persons

Ingredients required:

  • Any sweet and salty biscuits – 8 I take britannia 50 50 biscuits
  • Boiled Potato – 1 ( mashed)(boiled in microwave for 5 mins)
  • Green chillies – 1 ( chopped )
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chilli powder – pinch of
  • Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Amchoor powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Anaardaana – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – pinch of
  • Maida – 2 tsp
  • Arraroot – 1 tsp
  • Ajwain – pinch of
  • Baking soda – pinch of
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:
Step 1 – First put oil in a kadhai and hot the oil
Step 2 – Meanwhile mashed the potato.
Step 3 – Then mix all masalas , salt , chopped green chillies and lemon juice in potato. Making a stuffing like a samosa.
Step 4 – Take maida in a bowl mix arraroot , pinch of salt , ajwain and soda in Maida and make a paste with the help of water.

 


Step 5 – Spread Potato mixture on one biscuit and cover with another biscuit and make like a sandwich.
Step 6 – Dip the biscuit sandwich in Maida paste .
Step 7 – And deep fry it on medium flame .
Step 8 – Serve with coriander mint chatni or tomato sauce.

Your biscuit samosa is ready to serve.
