Total Time : 28 mins

Ingredients Required:

  • 6 bread slices
  • 1/2 cup moong sprouts
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 2 tbsp khatti chutney
  • 11/2 tbsp beaten curd
  • 2 tbsp sev
  • some fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt acc to taste

muffin tray


  1. Take all bread slices n with rolling pin roll bread slices
  2. Grease the muffin tray with oil
  3. Now take slices n fit like cup inside the tray
  4. Preheat oven at 180•C for 15 mins
  5. Now bake for 8 mins in preheated otg at 180•C
  6. Microwave sprouts for 4 mins and drain water
  7. Now take wok and saute the sprouts for 5 mins
  8. Stir fry
  9. Take a baked bread katori
  10. Add sprouts.
  11. Add black pepper , salt and
    chat masala little of both chutneys n little hara dhania mix well top with curd and sprinkle sev on them
  12. Garnish with hara dhania and serve
