- 8 Bread Slices
- 1 capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 Carrott (finely chopped )
- 1 onion (finely chopped )
- 1/4 cup green peas (blanched )
- 1 tsp chilly sauce
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp pizza sauce
- Salt to taste
- Mozrella Cheese
- 1 tsp butter
1.Make roundels of bread Slices with cutter.
2.Half big half like ring.
3.Heat butter add onions saute for 1 min. then add all the veggies and saute for 2 minutes. Now add all the seasonings. Mix well. Switch off the gas.
4.Now take bread roundels and apply pizza sauce on it. Place the bread ring over it.
5.Put some stuffing in the centre of the ring and spread it evenly.
6.Grate the Mozrella Cheese over stuffing.
7.Apply butter on the edge of the discs.
8.Bake at 180° for 6-7 minutes.
