Ingredients Required:-

  • Thick Bread Slices : 4
  • Medium Onion Chopped : 1
  • Medium Capsicum Chopped : 1
  • Green Chillies Finely Chopped : 2
  • Tomato Sauce : 2 Tb. Sp.
  • Pepper Powder : ½ Tea Sp.
  • Red Chilli Sauce : 1 Tb. Sp.
  • Paneer in small piece : 100 Gm
  • Cheese : 3 Cubes
  • Butter : 2 Tb. Sp
  • Salt : To Taste

Method:-

1. Heat butter, fry onion then add capsicum and green chillies.

2. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper powder and cover it for 1 minute.

3. Add red chilli sauce and grated paneer and cheese.

4.Cool it.

5.Take bread. Spread butter on it.

6.Then spread paneer mixture. .

7.Grate some cheese over it.

8. Toast it. Cut and serve as open sandwich.
