Ingredients Required:

  • 250 gms moong daal ( chilke wali )
  • 1 big piece ginger
  • 8 garlic pods
  • 4 green chillies
  • Green coriander
  • 1 tbsp jeera
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method:-

1) Soak the daal for 4 to 5 hrs.

2) Grind daal with garlic,ginger,green chilli and coriender.

3) Now mix daal with salt,ajwain and jeera.

4) Heat oil in a khadai and deep fry bhajias.

Your yummy,crispy and full of fibre moongodes are ready to serve.

Tip – daal ko wash karke chilke ke saat hi grind karna hai.
