The theme is quite impressive … and my favourite too … I just love twisting n play with Italian dish …. here I have tried my hand in making Dosa lasagne in Makhani sauce in Airfryer Cooking in airfryer ensures it is almost oil free !! An Italian dish with dosa and makhani sauce – doesn’t it sound interesting !! A fusion of desi and international !! Yes friends my this dish is very different and jaṛa hutke !!
Totally Desi twist in my own way … my innovative recipe …my own style …hope you all will surely try and make this recipe super hit …..
For Lasagne sheet
Here I have used dosa for lasagne sheet I have made it at home with dosa batter .
3 dosa sheet cooked in tawa upside down then keep it aside for cooling

Preparation Time:40 mins
Cooking Time:10 mins

Ingredients for Veggies
Zucchini 1/2 chopped
Capsicum 1/2 each chopped ( Red,yellow n green )
Cauliflower -3 to 4 florets
Broccoli-3 to 4 florets
Baby corn-1 finely chopped
Ginger n garlic-finely chopped
Carrot-1 finely chopped
Cheese- mozzarella grated
Cheese -cheddar grated
Peppe powder -1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Spinach – 2 to3 leaves
1 Onion -finely chopped
Olive oil -1/2 tsp

Take a pan add oil when it become hot add onion stir it nicely when it becomes translucent add chopped ginger n garlic then add all above vegetables except spinach leaves keep it for 5 min so that it becomes tender. Don’t cook too much add
Pepper powder n salt and then switch off the flame and keep it aside .

For white sauce :
2 tbsp -wheat flour
2 cups – milk
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese-grated
Salt as per taste

Take a pan add ghee when it becomes hot then add wheat flour roast it till it gets pink in colour then add chilled milk and stir it continuously so that there should be no lumps formed.
Now add pepper powder , cheese and salt … stir it nicely till it boils.
Switch off the gas … keep aside for cooling

Ingredients for makhani sauce
Tomato- 4 to pcs
Tomato purée -1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick-1 inc
Cardamom -2 pc
Olive oil-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Chat masala-1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Kasturi methi-1/2 tbsp
Fresh cream -1 cup
Milk-1/2 cup
Salt as per taste

1 Take 2 cup of water add tomato when it gets tender and cool peel off the tomato skin and grind it in a mixer for fine paste then sieve it in container for a smooth paste .


2. Now take a non stick pan add olive oil or butter . I have taken olive oil the added ginger garlic paste then add home made tomato paste. Stir it for 2 min then add tomato purée then add all above spices and salt after 2 min add tomato ketchup , Kasturi methi , honey and fresh cream stir it nicely cook it until it gives a nice aroma of spices then add milk and wait till it boils.
3. Now add all above vegetable and mix it properly
4. For assembling the lasagne.

Take a bowl spread little oil then spread makhni sauce then put one sheet of dosa then put white sauce then add vegetable then spread cheese then put other sheet of dosa then add white sauce , vegetable then makhni sauce then spinach leaves the grated cheese then one more dosa sheet then spread white sauce nicely. Top up with grated cheese.

Preheat the airfryer before baking .
Now bake it in Airfryer at 200 degree temperature for 7 minutes as shown in the below picture .
Your yummy delicious Dosa lasagne in makhani sauce is ready to eat ….
seriously friends it came out super tasty …. Bilkul bhi nahi lag raha we are eating dosa sheet not a lasagne sheet …. healthy bhi tasty bhi in less less cheese ….my family just loved it … hope u all be in love with this Dosa lasagne in Makhani sauce !!!
