Ingrediants Required:

  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • water for kneading dough
  • kalonji for spreading on mathri
  • oil for frying

Method:
1.Ek bowl me maida, ghee, namak, ajwain mila le  pani dal kar tight dough ready kare.
2.Adha ghanta dough ko rest de. ab iski loi bana le or chapati bele.
3.Koi cookie cutter ya katori se circle cut kare.


4.Ab circle me 8 cuts lagae or flower ka shape de.

5.Center me thoda pani laga kar kalonji chidke.

6.Tooth pick se halka sa prick kar le.

7.Kadhai me oil garam kare or sare mathrion ko garam tel me medium flame par crispy hone tak tal le.
8.Ise thanda hone par air tight container me store kar le.
9.Serve karen tea ya coffee ke saath.
