 In this recipe no yeast no baking powder ..full desi twist with videshi style…

Ingredients required:
  • All purpose flour 1cup
  • Salt
  • Amul butter1tbsp
Mix all with chilled water dough ready..
For stuffing.
 Mix veg sweetcorn ,chopped carrot,chopped beans boil all with salt..and keep.. Take a pan add 1tsp oil add chopped onion fry for 1min add ginger garlic paste..add tri colour bell  peppers cook for 1min add boiled veggies season with origano ,black pepper powder, redchilli flakes…keep aside
For bechamel sauce.
Take a pan add 1tbsp butter 1tbsp maida fry till raw smell goes but not change in colour… Add 1cup of milk stir continuosly..add pepper powder, origano ,red chilly flakes..amul cheese half cube…add veg mix which we prepared before..mix and keep..
Method  for indo italino flower pizza roti
Take two round ball from dough..and make 2chapati..spread the stuffing of white saucecover next chapati..in middle keep round cover and cut in stripes all over chapati.. Take non stick pan put this and roast both sides till crisp serve with roasted bell pepper sauce…. Healthy and tasty finished in minutes..yumm…
