Bread sticks of 4-6 breads
( I have used the edges of bread left after making sandwiches)you can also use normal bread by cutting them into thin slices.
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tomato
- red chili powder
- 1/4 haldi pwd
- and salt as per taste
- paneer 50 gms
- green chillies 1-2
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala
- 1 small pkt Chilli flakes
- I small pkt Oregano
- 1/2 lemon juice
1.Saute onion in 1 tbsp oil add boiled pototoes ,capsicum,tomato ,red chilli pwd haldi pwd salt .
2.Cook until capsicum n tomato are soft.
3.Allow the mixture to cool
4.Add crumbled Paneer , green chillies,Coriander leaves Chaat masala, Chilli flakes ,Oregano lemon juice.
5.Mix all the ingredients .Your stuffing is ready.
2-3 tbsp maida( All purpose Flour)
1 tsp Pepper pwd
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Add water to make semi thick batter
semolina or suji
1.Take one pc bread stick
Add potato stuffing now take another stick n press firmly..
2.Now take one stuffed stick and dip in batter
3.Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour
4.Now heat sufficient refined oil in a pan
Fry until golden brown sprinkle Oregano and chilli flakes
5.Serve with mayo dip
