- besan 1/2 cup
- 2 slices bread
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder
- 1/2 tsp red chiili powder
- chopped green chillies 1-2(Add more if u want hot)
- coriander chopped
- zeera 1/4 tsp
- ajwain 1/4 tsp
- hing a pinch
- water as required
- oil for greasing tawa
1.Take besan in a bowl add all the ingredients then add water to make the batter.
2.The batter should neither be thick nor very runny.
3.Keep the batter aside for 2-3 mins
4.Then take a slice of bread dip in the batter not for long else the bread will become soggy.
5.Heat a non stick pan then put the bread on the pan and let to cook on one side until brown and crispy.
6.Flip on the other side and let it cook.
7.Your chilli besan toast is ready serve with chutney or ketchup.
