MINI ITALIAN BREAD WITH DESI FILLING

This recipe is unique as I have put Soya filling in this mini breads.

Preparation Time:10 mins
Cooking Time:2 hours 35 mins
Serving:2

Ingredients for bread:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 sachet yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Method:

1.Take warm water and add sugar,salt,olive oil and yeast.

2.Rest for 2-3 mins.

3.Now take bowl put flour and in deep  centre add this mixture.Now make a dough and rest for 2 hours.It will be doubled in size.

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • 1/2 cup soya granules
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1tsp meat masala
  • 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 1 tsp oil

Method:

1.Boil soya granules for 10 mins and squeeze the excess water.

2.Take a pan add oil then add soya granules and all the masala.

3.Saute it well and stuffing is ready.

Assembing:

1.Preheat oven and grease baking dish.

2.Make round balls and put stuffing inside like kachori.

3.Grease buns with oil and sprinkle some oregano and Italian seasoning.

4.Bake for 25 mins at 180 degree.

Serve with homemade hot chilli sauce and some fruits.
