MIRCHI STUFFED PAKODA

Ingredients required:

4 hari moti wali mirch

For stuffing

  • 2 boiled alu
  • 1teaspoon khada dhania
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp hara dhaniya fine chopped (optional)
  • 3 green chilli fine chopped (optional)
  • Salt as per taste

For masala

  • 1 tsp oil to  saute masalas
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • Pinch of hing

For batter

  • 1 katori besan
  • 1 tsp oil for moyan
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 3 hari mirch chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dhaniya chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sukha dhaniya powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon khane ka soda
  • Jarurat ke hisab se pani
  • Oil for frying
  • Green chutney for serving

Method:
1. Boil alu ko mash karde uspe sare masale add karde
2.Ek kadai me oil jeera add karke alu ko masala sahit 5 min tak saute or ek plate me nikal de taki thanda ho jaye


3.Besan ko ek bowl me nikale sare masale add kare or saath me khane ka soda bhi milaye or jarurat ke hisab se pani add karke 5 -10 min ka rest de dijiye better ko na jyada patala karna he na jyada thick better ko tab tak mirchi ko stuff karle
4. Mirchi ko middle se chira lagaye or inder ke seed chahe to rakhe agar pasand ho to nahi to nikal de ab alu ka stuffing usme bhare or side pe rakhe
5. Ek kadai me frying ke liye oil garam kare
6. Ab stuff mirchi ko besan ke ghol me lapete or garam oil me fry kare dono side se brown hone tak
